The Island is a London-based Pilates studio centred around mindful movement, community, and intentional design. We partnered with them to develop a consistent flow of high-impact, multi-format content that reflected the studio’s identity and growing community.

Our work combined aesthetic movement-led visuals with educational and lifestyle content. From event coverage and brand collaborations, including a matcha bar pop-up, festive Christmas activations, and a workshop with Aesop, to teacher interviews and Gen Z–focused social formats, we created a content system designed to feel dynamic, authentic, and engaging.

Through capturing the body in motion, moments of stillness, and the natural rhythm of Pilates practice, the visual direction focused on form, flow, and expression. The result was a thoughtful content ecosystem that highlighted both the studio’s aesthetic identity and the experience of movement itself.
