Services

.KOM Studio provides strategy, social media, branding and creative services as agreed in writing prior to project commencement.

All services are delivered according to the scope outlined in individual client proposals or contracts.

Deposits & Payments

Projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure booking. Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.

Remaining balances are payable via invoice in accordance with agreed payment terms.

Late payments may result in paused services.

Intellectual Property

All final deliverables remain the intellectual property of .KOM Studio until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, agreed deliverables are transferred to the client for intended use. .KOM Studio retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality strategic and creative services, .KOM Studio cannot guarantee specific commercial results, including engagement, sales or audience growth.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
