When cult-favourite candle brand DEFREI collaborated with their London stockist JUJU HOME and their matcha bar JUJUHOME CHA, the result was a viral pop-up event with queues stretching for over four hours.
.KOM supported the collaboration through creative direction, social strategy, and content production. From pre-event teasers and feed curation to on-site photo and video coverage and post-event rollout, we managed the full digital presence around the launch.
The creative direction leaned into London’s growing matcha trend, turning the feed green and aligning the visuals with what audiences were already engaging with online. The result was a cohesive campaign that captured the energy of the event, helped the brand go viral across social media, and resonated strongly with both brands’ communities.
